Investigating the Status Quo of PAFCS in Southwest Ethnic Areas

Ethnic regions in Southwest China, rich in natural resources such as rivers, forests, and grasslands but lagging in social development, bring together frontier mountainous areas, ethnic inhabitants, and ecologically fragile and poverty-stricken areas. They are also the regions with the largest number of poverty-stricken ethnic minorities in China.
