Evolution of PAFCS Policies

With increasing recognition of the hazards posed by climate change to human survival and development, global cooperation to address climate change is growing, and consensus has been achieved on the need to reduce carbon emissions and increase carbon sequestration. FCS is one important measure already employed by all countries to address climate change. PAFCS is an innovative practice conducted by developing countries, including China.
