Many studies have shown that PAFCS projects have macro-scale impacts on sustainable development in poverty-stricken areas; meso-scale impacts on the collective economy of poverty-stricken communities, their organisational and development capacity, and the integration of FCS industries and local specialised industries; and micro-scale impacts on the income, development capacity, and development opportunities of poverty-stricken residents.
