摘要
The Aceh tsunami was an important factor in Indonesia and Australia’s bilateral relations. It was not only the issue of deployment of the ADF in Indonesian national territory but also the entanglement with other issues in domestic politics, such as humanitarian diplomacy, and issues in international politics, such as the principle of International Humanitarian Law (IHL), that applied in non-international armed conflict (NIAC), such as the Aceh intrastate conflict.
