摘要

The present Systematic Literature Review (SLR) addressed External Communication, as well as the different communication tools and strategies employed when connecting with the audience to achieve positive outcomes. Various searches were conducted with the aim of answering the research question: “What is known about external communication in the Scopus database during the last five years?” By applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, 11 scientific articles in the Spanish language were found. As a result, the systematization documented communication strategies that can be employed within the organization and how these tools, which often involve internal audiences, proved effective in achieving set objectives, provided they are timely, deliver transparent messages, and allow for feedback. It is concluded that organizational communication strategies and tools are largely articulated digitally with collaborators and the external target audience. Furthermore, they are efficient for the departmental group, foster alignment with the entity's values or projects, and establish excellent communication between external audiences and the organization.
