摘要

In this chapter, a multi-objective optimization improves the power flow for electrical network integrating FACTS systems and renewable sources (offshore wind farm). The focus of this chapter is on the advancement of methodologies aimed at identifying a set of optimal solutions that form a Pareto front. This Pareto front represents the balance between minimizing the investment cost of wind turbines and FACTS devices, reducing active losses in the transmission lines, and maximizing the stability and safety of node voltages. Our approach takes into account various equality and inequality constraints to ensure the adherence to system requirements and operational limitations. To solve this problem, we employ two meta-heuristic methods: Ellitist Non-Dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II and III (NSGA-II and NSGA-III).The results obtained are presented for the Algerian network (GRTE) of 114 nodes.
