摘要

Aiming at the vibration control of mechanical system, the development of lightweight multifunctional structures with both high mechanical properties and high damping becomes one of the key issues. Based on the structural damping integration technique and modal strain energy method, we designed and investigated a series of novel lightweight hybrid lattice sandwich structures and the excellent structural load-bearing and damping capacities can be achieved. Meanwhile, inspired by bionic idea, by using impedance mismatch principle, we designed and fabricated multi-layer hybrid gradient lattice sandwich structures, the hysteresis damping characteristics was significantly improved. Furthermore, in order to realize the low frequency vibration control of the present structures, we also developed a series of novel acoustic metamaterials, the local resonance mechanism such as the band gap characteristics were revealed. This work can provide theoretical guidance and reference for designing such kinds of lightweight multifunctional structures for the mechanical vibration control.
