摘要

In order to overcome the high-temperature environment when the aircraft reaches high sound speed, an all-metal vibration isolator with 6-degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) motion is developed. Its stiffness and damping ability are provided by the oblique springs in series and the metal rubber. Aiming to obtain the dynamic stiffness and loss factor of the isolator under multi-directional dynamic load, the ellipse method and inertia force are used in the dynamic test. The results show that the dynamic stiffness decreases and the damping factor increases with the increase of the excitation frequency and amplitude. Moreover, the analysis of the fitted dynamic stiffness of the isolator at different ex-citation frequencies has been conducted. The evaluation of the corresponding error rates within 4% has confirmed the necessity of considering the inertial force effects.
