Non-linear Dynamic Analysis of the Single-Pin Meshing Pair of Tracked Vehicles
摘要
Single-pin meshing pairs are widely used in tracked vehicles. The vibration mechanism of sprockets and loads of link are very complicated, especially under different working conditions. The impact caused by meshing between sprockets teeth and track links not only makes people feel uncomfortable but also does damage to the equipment on vehicles. This paper is mainly concerned about a nonlinear contact model between sprockets and links of tracked vehicles. The nonlinear factors such as the clearance of the link pin and the pre-load of the track links will be taken into consideration in a continuous force contact model. The dynamic model of the tracked vehicle system is established, and the time–frequency domain analysis of vibration acceleration and force analysis are carried out. The results show that the main components of vibration frequency response match well with theories. The contact force and teeth number of meshing are indexes demonstrating the effect of the nonlinear factors.
