Research on High-Speed Camera Testing Method for Initial Disturbance of Large-Caliber Artillery Projectiles

摘要

The initial disturbance of the projectile has an important impact on the accuracy of artillery shooting, and in order to reduce the initial disturbance and improve the shooting accuracy of large-caliber artillery, a high-speed camera method is adopted to study the initial disturbance of the projectile. The velocity, attitude angle, and angular velocity of the projectile at the muzzle are used to characterize the initial disturbance of the projectile. A binocular camera calibration model is constructed to obtain the camera parameter matrix, and the three-dimensional reconstruction of the markers on the projectile and the gun barrel is performed to obtain the initial disturbance parameters of the projectile and the muzzle vibration parameters. This method has the characteristics of non-contact and strong flexibility, and the obtained experimental data truly reflects the state of the projectile at the muzzle and the muzzle vibration parameters during the period from launch to muzzle exit of the projectile. The obtained data can provide a basis for the structural design of artillery.
