Theoretical and Simulation Analysis of Pilot-Operated Relief Valve Characteristics Based on AMESim
摘要
This paper utilizes the AMESim software to construct a simulation model of a pilot-operated relief valve. The static and dynamic characteristics of the pilot-operated relief valve are theoretically and numerically analyzed, and the influence of structural parameters on its relief performance is explored. The simulation results effectively demonstrate the impact of various parameters on the relief characteristics of the pilot-operated relief valve, indicating that the orifice diameters of the main valve and the relief valve between 0.3 and 0.6 mm enable the pilot-operated relief valve to exhibit satisfactory relief performance. This paper provides a theoretical foundation for the design optimization of pilot-operated relief valves.
