Dynamic Response Characteristics of Rolling Bearing with Clearance Under Unstable Conditions

Rolling bearing exhibits complex dynamic characteristics under unstable conditions, which can lead to the deterioration of internal contact state for rolling bearing. Based on the nonlinear contact feature, the dissipative contact force model and the Coulomb friction force model are introduced into the dynamics model of rolling bearing. And, the dynamic characteristics of rolling bearing are obtained by Newton-Rapson method. Then, the effects of fluctuation type and acceleration for driving speed on the contact characteristics of rolling bearing are discussed, which can provide reference for the design of working conditions.
