A Maximum Power Point Tracking Strategy Based on Perturbation Observation Method

Aiming at the power fluctuation problem of underwater platform power generation unit in actual operating condition, a method of tracking the maximum power point of underwater power generation unit based on disturbance observation method is proposed. In this paper, the influence factors of the output power of the power generation device of the underwater platform are firstly explored, the simulation model of the underwater power generation system with the energy storage system is established, the maximum power point tracking controller based on the perturbation observation method is designed, and finally the difference of the electric power between the current time and the previous time of the system is calculated, and the conduction Angle of the internal power device in the rectifier circuit is adjusted. The maximum power point of the system can be stably tracked. The simulation results show that the simulation model can effectively describe the dynamic change of the power of the subsea platform power generation system, and the maximum power point tracking controller can effectively improve the output power of the system.
