Modeling and Simulation of Gear Transmission System of Tank Gun Steering Machine
摘要
All-electric artillery control servo systems generally use gear transmission mechanisms to transfer power. However, the presence of gear-side clearance in these mechanisms can seriously affect the system’s dynamic characteristics. The backlash caused by it can also result in the servo system’s delayed response, significantly reducing the system’s control precision. This article takes the tank gun control directional servo system as the research object and establishes a directional engine force model considering the gear-side clearance and clearance elimination mechanism. It simulates and analyzes the effect of the mechanical structure parameters of the gear transmission system on the system’s dynamic characteristics. The analysis results are meaningful for future research on directional engines.
