Response Analysis of Tracked Armored Vehicle Turret Race on Firing

The instantaneous strong impact on the structure of the turret race causes the turret race rolling bearing structure deformation when the tracked armored vehicle is firing. This paper analyzes the forces applied to the turret race on firing, establishes the turret dynamic model, obtains the force characteristics of the turret race at different launching angles. Based on the structure characteristics of the turret race, the nonlinear dynamic model of the raceway-rollers at any angle of the turret race rolling bearing is deduced. Based on the Hertzian contact, the model of the contact force–displacement at any angle position of the turret race rolling bearing is established at different launch angles. The characteristics of the turret race rolling bearing contact force–displacement at different launching angles is obtained through numerical simulation.
