Research on Artillery Dynamic Simulation Design Based on Electronic Template

摘要

Artillery is the backbone of conventional weapons in the modern battlefield, this article aims at the requirements of short development cycles of modern artillery equipment, integration of simulation and design, and high degree of digitization of models, a dynamic simulation design software for large caliber artillery is designed and developed, which includes parameterized electronic template models for tracked, wheeled, and vehicular large caliber artillery equipment, by modifying the template parameters through the visual interface, the designer can realize the functions of quick modification of artillery design scheme and automatic output of the result files. In this paper, taking a 155 mm gun as an example, the curves of measuring points and recoiling parts of the gun, as well as the forces of suspension and supporting mechanism of the vehicle body are calculated and obtained under different working conditions. The research results can be applied to the overall design efficiency improvement and comprehensive performance optimization of artillery equipment.
