A Micro-vibration Test Method for Satellite Based on Dual-Stage Gravity Compensation System
摘要
Optical remote sensing satellites are generally composed of two parts which are satellite platform and camera. In order to evaluate the satellites on-orbit working status, it is necessary to carry out micro-vibration tests on the ground to simulate the satellite's on-orbit working status. This paper proposes a micro-vibration test method based on dual-stage gravity compensation system. The gravity compensation both on satellite platform and camera can be achieve separately by using the dual-stage system, and evaluates the effectiveness of satellite micro-vibration suppression measures. This method adopts top suspension and bottom elastic support to achieve dual-stage gravity compensation, and the specification of suspension frequency is lower than 1 Hz and the support frequency is lower than 2.5 Hz. The method proposed has been successfully applied to the micro-vibration test of a flight model satellite.
