The Method of Designing Tri-Axial Vibration Test Profile for Spacecraft

摘要

Triaxial vibration test technology is one of the most advanced test technologies in recent years. By using the advanced triaxial vibration test technologies into the spacecraft’s field, the real launch environments will be well reproduced, the time of hoisting the products will be saved, the efficiency of the dynamic environment will be great improved. However, one of difficulties facing the triaxial vibration test of spacecraft is about how to design the tri-axial test profile. This paper presents four methods including flight data analysis method, spacecraft-rocket couple analysis method, simplifying processing method based on uni-axial test profile and simulation analysis method based on the equivalence of force at interface. Then a model of spacecraft has been used to design the tri-axial test profile based on the simulation method of force equivalence at interface. The analysis results showed that both of the sheer force and axial force are enveloped by using the newly-designed tri-axial profile and the correctness and rationality of this method are justified.
