Design Method for Irregular and High Stiffness Support Platforms with On-Orbit Maintenance Interfaces
摘要
With the development of space station technology, various equipment in the aerospace field have proposed the need for on-orbit maintenance. This article proposes an irregular support platform design method that can meet the on-orbit replacement and maintenance functions of instrument equipment. In a certain type of spacecraft, under the conditions of strict weight requirements for a certain equipment support platform, extremely limited space, twisting and non parallel upper and lower interfaces, a design method for an irregular and high stiffness support platform was explored. Measures such as adaptability analysis of the upper and lower interfaces, functional decomposition of on-orbit maintenance, topology optimization analysis of the core support structure, and addition of vibration isolation equipment were taken to achieve the requirements of high support stiffness, bottom self weight, and frequency avoidance. Provide visible, accessible, and easy to operate on-orbit disassembly and assembly interfaces for astronauts.
