Vibration Characteristics and Finite Element Analysis of Circular Flexure in Harmonic Gear Using Carbon Fiber Composites
摘要
In order to prolong the working life of the toroidal flex spline in the harmonic gear, finite element analysis was carried out on the vibration characteristics of the toroidal flex spline using CE/EP, and 45CrMo4 and GF/EP were selected for comparison. The modal analysis and analysis were carried out through ANSYS. MATLAB calculates the vibration equation, compares and analyzes the natural vibration frequencies of the three materials, and finally performs three-dimensional modeling of the harmonic gear, and performs the stress summation and deformation analysis of the ring flex spline using CF/EP under no-load and load conditions in an assembly environment. The results show that the use of CE/EP materials can significantly increase the natural vibration frequency of the toroidal flex spline, which is beneficial to prolong the working life, and the distribution of stress and deformation of the toroidal flex spline using CE/EP materials under no-load and load conditions is completely different.
