Buckling Analysis of Viscoelastic Composite Bistable Column-Shell Booms
摘要
Composite thin-walled column-shell structures prepared at certain ply angles can be stable in both the curled state and the deployment state without any other constraints. This structure has high deployment reliability and high storage efficiency and has excellent application potential in space deployable structures. However, these structures have large slenderness ratio and are prone to buckling phenomenon. In order to study the buckling problems of the viscoelastic composite bistable column-shell boom, a post-buckling element modeling method is proposed based on the linear viscoelastic theory and the classical laminate theory. The influence laws of design parameters such as deployment time, working temperature, ply angle, and single ply thickness of the composite bistable cylindrical shell structure between axial buckling load are given for the composite bistable cylindrical shell structure through numerical simulation.
