Design of Connection Unlocking Device Based on Energy Release Control and Research on Sensitive Factors
摘要
Based on the energy release work principle, this paper proposes a connection unlocking device that can be used between the spacecraft’s two devices. Through the simulation analysis and experimental verification of the energy release process, it can ensure the unilateral redundancy unlocking function under 60 kN preloading load. At the same time, the sensitive factors of the energy release process are analyzed, and the quantitative effects of the mechanical environment, thermal environment, friction coefficient and spring force on the unlocking function are obtained, which provides a useful reference for the parameter design and release process control of the similar connection unlocking device.
