Influence of Temperature on Hydraulic Pneumatic Buffer Dynamics

Hydraulic pneumatic buffer is widely used in aviation, ships, military, and other mechanical fields. It can effectively offset the external impact, protect the machine, and restore the machine to its original position. Most of the existing research models only consider the influence of mechanical force on speed and displacement, while the influence of temperature is not well considered. In this paper, temperature is introduced into the study of the hydraulic pneumatic buffer dynamics, and the thermo-mechanical dynamics coupling model is established, and the coupling dynamics equations are obtained. The correctness of this study is verified by comparing with the classical mechanical model. The method proposed in this paper can effectively obtain the dynamic behavior of the buffer under the influence of temperature. It can prevent mechanism failure caused by liquid vaporization. This study is beneficial to the dynamic study of the hydraulic pneumatic buffer, especially for continuously working hydraulic pneumatic buffer.
