Study on the Effect of Dynamics Factors on Extrusion Forming Process of Single-Hole Energetic Materials by Finite Element Method

摘要

Extrusion forming process is an important process in the manufacturing of energetic materials. In order to optimize the extrusion forming process of single-hole energetic materials and improve the quality of products, the dynamics modeling and simulation of this process are carried out by finite element method in this work. Based on the proposed dynamics model, the forming process under the conditions of different dynamics factors such as forming speed and different die structure parameters is simulated using the control variate method, and the effects of these dynamics factors are analyzed in this work.
