Coupled Dynamics Modeling and Analysis of a Coring Drilling Equipment for Hard-Rock Tunnel Boring
摘要
Aiming at the problem of difficulty construction and poor safety of artificial hard rock tunnel, this paper designed a coring drilling equipment for construction of hard-rock tunnels. We modularly designed crawler walking unit, foundation unit and tunneling working unit. We built dynamic equation of the tunneling working unit and carried out the mechanical-hydraulic co-simulation analysis of the equipment. The result shows that the system has a large impact during start-up phase, and the hydraulic system pressure fluctuates substantially. The maximum pressure of the system is 33 MPa, which is less than the pressure cut-off value of the variable pump of 35.6 MPa. The maximum torque of the drilling tool can reach 142 Nm, which can realize high hardness rock coring drilling. The above conclusions verify the reliability of the system, provide reference for the design of similar system, and provide a platform and work preparation for the construction of automation control system.
