Simulation and Experimental Study on the Impact Force of the Elastic Belt and the Central Part

摘要

The belt squeeze pressure and the impact force in the core part affect the motion attitude and velocity of the projectile in the bore, which are important factors affecting the initial disturbance, shooting accuracy and launching safety of the projectile. The movement of projectile in the chamber experiences the harsh environment of high temperature, high pressure and high overload, which makes it difficult to test the squeeze pressure of the projectile belt and the impact force of the central part. In this paper, a nonlinear finite element model of the movement of gun barrel and projectile bore is established, and the changes of the belt pressure and the impact force of the center part are simulated and analyzed. Based on PVDF piezoelectric film, the elastic belt pressure sensor and the collision force sensor of the center part were designed and developed. The sensitivity and other performance parameters of the sensor were obtained by dynamic calibration. The change process of the elastic belt pressure and the collision force of the center part was obtained by live firing test. The research in this paper has important reference value for the measurement of the motion in the bore of the projectile, the impact analysis of the launch safety and the shooting accuracy.
