Research on Misalignment of Machine Tool Spindle Coupling Based on Transfer Matrix Method
摘要
For ultra-precision machining, small errors can potentially affect machining accuracy. Existing research on rotor misalignment mainly focuses on lateral vibration response, with little attention given to axial vibration response. This paper studies a complete six-degree-of-freedom rotating spindle, rigidly connected by a bolted flange coupling, to discuss the effects of parallel and angular misalignment and the resulting periodic time-varying characteristics of the system. The transfer matrix method is used to solve the problem in the frequency domain. The dynamic characteristics of the system under periodic time-varying stiffness matrices are analyzed, and the impact on the harmonic response characteristics of radial and axial motion is discussed.
