Research on the Pre-tightening Attenuation Under Static Load Conditions

The bolt is an important part in the mechanical equipment. It is widely used in various machinery. If the bolt generates a decrease in gas tightness, it will cause stress attenuation and other problems. Therefore, it is necessary for the research on bolt gas tightness. This article deeply analyzes the benefits and deficiencies of the bolt connection method. Through the simulation experiment of M30 bolts, the bolt its own creep has been studied under different initial pre-tightening conditions. Under the conditions of the same force and the environment, the interview with the changing effects, through comparison of the two experiments, the feasibility of this experiment method is obtained. At the same time Comparing the data of the bolt to compare the conclusion of the larger the number of threading circles, the stronger the peristaltic ability of the bolt.
