Selection of Design of PAT

Process analytical technology (PAT) is a blanket term that refers to a variety of instruments and is frequently mentioned as being a crucial part of other innovative projects, such as real-time release, continuous manufacturing, and quality by design. It is crucial in understanding and controlling processes in various industries. A suitable PAT design for a particular application is selected based on several considerations and methodologies described in this abstract. A focus on PAT in the introduction emphasizes its importance for optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring product quality. This study provides recommendations to enable real-time monitoring and analysis of PATs. Using effective PAT design selection, researchers, practitioners, and industry professionals can optimize manufacturing processes by contributing to the growing knowledge regarding PAT applications.
