Regulatory Aspects of Quality by Design
摘要
The regulations for Quality by Design (QbD) guidelines clearly state the necessary requirements for effectively managing quality risks, Critical Process Parameters (CPAs), and Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs), implementing control strategies, and relentlessly striving for continuous improvement. Scientific principles, statistical tools, and risk management techniques MUST be utilized to design and enhance the manufacturing process if you aim to implement Quality by Design (QbD) in the development process. In order to gain approval for a drug, regulatory agencies require the submission of a QTPP, a design space, and a control strategy as part of the approval process. This is a mandatory requirement that cannot be overlooked or ignored. The impact of QbD regulations on the development, approval, and monitoring of pharmaceuticals will be thoroughly examined in this section.
