摘要

One of the most prominent Health Information Technology infrastructures for Electronic Health Record EHR and pharmaceutical data is cloud computing. This provides new opportunities like as quick and ubiquitous access to medical data, infinite storage, and much more. In the cloud computing context, ensuring security and privacy is critical. A Secured Cloud-based Medical System is a tool developed to let medical practitioners utilize and access medical records in a standard and effective manner whenever needed. Many privacy regulations may be breached if this personal health information or pharmaceutical data is made public on an untrusted server. As a result, the problem of maintaining privacy. A Secured e-Health System is proposed. This solution employs an additive homomorphic cryptosystem, the Paillier cryptosystem, and privacy-protection settings that have been improved. This suggested solution uses Homomorphic Encryption to safeguard patients medical information and electronic health records and pharmaceutical data saved in the cloud and blockchain.
