A Study of Mathematical Model of AFM with Casimir Force by Means of Averaging Method
摘要
The paper deals with a mathematical model of atomic force microscopy with a microcantilever containing an analysis tip. This model takes into account the Casimir force. The averaging method is applied to determine an asymptotic solution of the equation for the microcantilever tip displacement. Explicit expressions of problems for finding asymptotic solution of the fourth order are derived. The results of numerical experiment are given.
