With an ever-growing demand for E-commerce around the globe, logistics companies are seeking suitable strategies to improve the efficiency of their supply chain processes. Hence, this paper is premised on the Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodology, which aims to improve logistics performance and identify the bottlenecks within the Saudi Post logistics supply chain. In light of this, the supply chain performance and logistics operation of Saudi Post Logistics in the current situation was unveiled based on the data collected from the questionnaire. The data collected has insights into the existing supply chain system of Saudi Post Logistics and identified the root causes of user dissatisfaction and inefficiencies in the organization’s supply chain to propose suitable strategies to eliminate these obstacles based on previous similar literature reviews. 77.6% support the plans to improve logistics services provided in Saudi Arabia. As a result, the current paper proposed blockchain integration as a suitable solution for the five KPIs identified within the supply chain of SPL: damage rate, security, cost, turnaround time, and sustainability. However, the highest percentage of customer dissatisfaction is the damage rate, which equals 72.8%.
