Strategy for Continuous Training and Methodological Exchange for Public Accounting Students Through the I-Tournament Tool and Its Contribution to Management for the Business Sector

This project focuses on designing a strategy of continuous training and exchange of theoretical, methodological, and practical knowledge for students of the public accounting program, using the I-Tournament tool and its contribution to the management of solutions for the business sector, through applied research in terms of its purpose and mixed in terms of its data source, with a triangular approach, descriptive scope, and deductive method. It is expected to obtain as a result the implementation of the I-Tournament technology as a training and management strategy, in academic spaces, and initially in the SMEs of the city of Bogota in the localities of Engativá, Fontibón, Mártires, Ciudad Bolívar, Suba, Santa Fe, Usaquén, Chapinero, Puente Aranda, and Barrios Unidos. The implementation of continuous training strategies and knowledge exchange through technological tools such as I-Tournament, is essential for the formation of trained and updated professionals in accounting and finance, and this contributes significantly to the management of solutions for the business sector.
