Predicting Brain Tumor Survival Using MRI Images and Machine Learning Techniques

This research paper proposes a new approach for predicting brain tumor survival using MRI images and machine learning techniques. We used a dataset of MRI images of patients with brain tumors and their corresponding survival times to extract relevant features and train various machine learning algorithms. Our results show that our approach can accurately predict the survival times of patients with brain tumors, which can help doctors and clinicians to provide better treatment options and improve the overall quality of life of the patients. The random forest regression and random forest classification algorithms outperformed the other machine learning algorithms in terms of accuracy and performance. This study demonstrates the potential of MRI images and machine learning techniques in predicting brain tumor survival and the importance of early diagnosis and treatment of brain tumors.
