Safeguarding Financial Transaction with Cryptocurrency
摘要
Cryptocurrencies are digital assets that are based on a peer-to-peer network and exist outside the control of governments or central authorities. The European Union is implementing cryptocurrencies. As of June 2021, companies or vendors that use any kind of cryptocurrency in their financial services must establish “financial instruments” to meet the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation. Cryptocurrencies represent a new, decentralized way to think about the future. Instead of relying on centralized intermediaries like banks and monetary institutions, cryptocurrencies rely on trust between two parties. This means there can’t be just one point of failure within the network, which makes it more secure. Cryptocurrencies have been on the rise for a long time now. They’re especially popular because they use one of the most advanced coding languages, called encryption, in order to provide security and safety. When it comes to authenticating transactions, cryptocurrencies are by far the best option. This paper explores the various mechanisms and strategies employed to safeguard financial transactions with cryptocurrency. It delves into the underlying cryptographic techniques, decentralized nature, and advanced security features that make cryptocurrencies an attractive option for secure transactions. This paper reviews the financial transactions security in the eye of using the cryptocurrencies, and also examines the security concepts that lie in the various cryptocurrencies.
