Populism and Technocracy: Two Disruptive Sides of the Same Coin

Populism and technocracy seem to be opposites and complements at the same time. What we know is that both phenomena in our current stage of political systems represent a process we can call not just distrust, deprivation, deprivation, and dealignment, but also disruption.
