The Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Digital Leadership in the Public Services Sector

Preliminary: Industrial Revolution 4.0 prioritizes analysis of linked theories with leadership research that focuses on a leader’s specific conduct. Digital leaders can inspire employees to innovate and defend their ideas. The sharpness with which benchmarks are used in digital leadership demonstrates a rapid approach, a cross-hierarchical, cooperative, and goal-oriented team that frequently integrates innovation. Research purpose: This research will provide academics with a better knowledge of evolution theory and digital leadership and recommendations for additional research on must-have issues to gain a better knowledge of digital leadership in the public sector throughout the Industry 4.0 transformation. Method: Analyses of digital leadership using bibliometric network analysis and the keywords “Public sector digital leadership” and “Industry 4.0 Revolution” and bibliometric examination of significant articles with public sector digital leadership throughout Industrial Revolution 4.0 using the VOSviewer program. Results: According to the results of the bibliometric analysis, there are six clusters: (1) integration; (2) innovation; (3) readings; (4) strategy; (5) epoche; and (6) epoche of the Industrial Revolution. In the Industry 4.0 era, every organization, public or private, is required to have literate leadership and technology to adapt to changing conditions and needs of society.
