摘要

The objective of this chapter was to examine the impact of different factors, such as development opportunities, participation in decision-making, compensation, supervision, and the work environment, on employee performance. A hypothesis was proposed suggesting that there is a positive relationship between the aforementioned factors and employee performance. To test this hypothesis, data was collected from 313 employees working at ICT telecommunications in Palestine. Correlation and hierarchical regression analyses were conducted. The results showed that development opportunities, participation in decision-making, compensation, supervision, and the work environment significantly affected employee performance. The chapter discusses the implications of these findings and offers recommendations to managers at ICT telecommunications on how to improve workplace quality.
