Exploring Sustainable Green HRM Practices: An Investigation of Employee Perspectives and Organizational Challenges

Sustainable green HRM practices have gained significant attention in recent years due to the increasing concern for environmental sustainability. This chapter aims to explore the concept of sustainable green HRM practices and its impact on organizational sustainability. The research study is based on a comprehensive literature review and analysis of data collected in Coimbatore City. The findings suggest that sustainable green HRM practices have a positive impact on organizational sustainability, including increased employee engagement, improved environmental performance, and enhanced corporate social responsibility. However, the adoption and implementation of these practices require a strategic approach and commitment from top management. The chapter concludes with practical implications and recommendations for organizations to adopt and implement sustainable green HRM practices.
