Substantive policy recommendations emerge at the CCICED AGM after considerable dialogue about themes and priorities within each main theme, as well as mutual probing of issues by Chinese and international members. In these discussions, there is an attempt to understand the most significant factors, what might be visionary in scope, and time frames for change.
