Implementation of the AES Algorithm on FPGA

AES is an advanced encryption standard that protects sensitive data from brute-force assaults and is thought to be more secure than the currently used DES. The algorithm we implemented on the zed board, written in Verilog. Gaining more secure data security is a key component of algorithmic application. We compared numerous parameters to see if they could get the desired or satisfactory results. Between the Cadence and the Xilinx Zynq®-7000 SoC, parameters like area and power are compared. In our comparison of the Xilinx Zynq®-7000 SoC with the cadence tool, we observed favorable results.
