File Management System Based on Intelligent Technology

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the popularization of global Internet technology, China’s archives management is facing new opportunities and challenges how to use modern scientific and technological means to establish and perfect the archives management system independently and comprehensively, and prevent the archives risk becomes very important. This paper introduces the whole archives management system based on intelligent technology, and provides reference for archives related departments to improve service and archives risk management level.
