Challenges in Building Smart and Sustainable Hybrid Microsystems with Renewable Sources for Powering Individual Residences
摘要
Renewable energy sources, such as solar, wind and hydro, are becoming increasingly important for meeting the energy demands of individual residences, especially in isolated areas. Hybrid microsystems that combine renewable energy sources with conventional power sources can provide a reliable and sustainable source of power. The purpose of this article is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the potential and challenges of hybrid microsystems with renewable sources for electrical supply of individual residences and to offer insights for policymakers, investors, and practitioners on how to design, operate, and promote these systems. It describes design of the hybrid system for individual house in Karabakh region of Azerbaijan Republic, uses PVSyst simulation tool to get results, and follows with their analysis and discussion. The article is highly relevant for addressing the energy security, environmental sustainability, and practical application of renewable energy systems. The article can contribute to the development of more sustainable and efficient power supply systems and provide inputs into the challenges and opportunities associated with integration of renewable energy sources.
