An Understanding of Different Mechanisms Leading to Neurodegenerative Diseases

The prevalence of neurodegenerative disorders is rapidly increasing causing high morbidity and cognitive deterioration in the elder population. Therefore, it is crucial to find sensitive biomarkers and novel therapeutic approaches to stop these deadly diseases. This chapter will cover the current diagnosis, treatment options, and means of prevention for some neurodegenerative disorders with motor involvement.
