Intelligent Clustering Coloring Algorithm Based on K-means++ Algorithm in WBANs

摘要

Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs) are widely used to collect and monitor important healthcare parameters such as respiration, cardiac function, and muscle activity of patients. WBAN is a critical tool in today's healthcare systems. In WBANs, interference may significantly degrade the communication capability over the WBAN and patient care may be affected to some extent. The more critical factors in WBANs interference immunity are power and resource constraints. In this paper, an intelligent spectrum allocation algorithm based on K-means++ is proposed based on the idea of link resource allocation. The algorithm firstly clusters and partitions the nodes, and secondly combines the vertex coloring algorithm coloring to achieve anti-interference capability better than existing methods. This study is considered for the addition of new devices. After simulation, the system has good frequency resource utilization and anti-interference performance at different densities. This study achieves improvements over the K-means algorithm to achieve interference suppression between high mobility and complex topology wireless body area networks.
