Subway Tunnel Segment Disease Detection System Based on Machine Vision Technology

For the subway operation period tunnel detection efficiency is low, difficult maintenance and other problems. Research based on machine vision technology of the subway tunnel segment disease detection system. On the hardware structure, by machine vision sensors and the matching of the laser light source, grouping such machine vision sensor installation, reduce image acquisition blind area. In the software design, the target recognition algorithm can be used to identify and locate various disease phenomenon in the tunnel image. Applying this system in the actual tunnel test scenario, test results show that the system can realize intelligent detection of the subway tunnel segment disease, enable managers to understand the status of the tunnel structure security quickly.
