Microbial Response Mechanism of Soil Inorganic Nitrogen Characteristics to Organic Fertilizer in Flue-Cured Tobacco Field

The objective of this study is to resolve the effects of long-term fertilizer application on the community structure and abundance of soil bacterial AOB genes and nosZ genes in flue-cured tobacco field. This study of long-term single application of chemical fertilizer, add rice straw returning, add straw returning and cake fertilizer on soil inorganic nitrogen and bacterial diversity in flue-cured tobacco rhizosphere were studied through field positioning experiments. The treatment of add organic materials was beneficial to increase the inorganic nitrogen content in the field. The treatment indicates that the application of organic fertilizer in the field reduced the diversity of ammonia-oxidizing bacteria in the tobacco field soil, and that the long-term input of organic material into the tobacco field has a greater impact on the unique bacterial species in the tobacco field, and that the phylum Proteobacteria played a major role in the soil of the tobacco field treated with different fertilizers. In conclusion, add straw returning and cake fertilizer can improve bacterial community structure and inorganic nitrogen content in the field.
