OSBORNE, Milton

Milton Osborne is a historian and author of modern Indochina especially Cambodia and Vietnam, and of the general history of Southeast Asia. A former Australian intelligence official, since his retirement from government service he has devoted his time to writing, and as a consultant being an expert of Southeast Asia. His introductory history of Southeast Asia is the most well-known and enduring of all his published works.
