Teacher Training in the Inclusive Classroom in Care for Children with Hearing Disabilities Mediated by ICT

The training of teachers in the inclusive classroom in attention to children with hearing disabilities for an educational system on equal terms requires Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The User-Centered Design (UCD) methodology, the theoretical model of hypertexts to organize content and interactive learning activities, the basis for the development of the tool for teacher training in the inclusive classroom. The tests are carried out by a focus group made up of 12 teachers showing a 72.5, equivalent to a very good rating in the test System Usability Scale (SUS) and the qualitative analysis of teachers’ perception. The design and implementation of the tool led to the acceptance by teachers for training in the inclusive classroom; in addition to needing a teacher training program, where children with disabilities and learning disorders are cared for.
